When did you start your website and why?

We started weinstall.ca so our air conditioning service people could find the model of air conditioners we carry online to show home owners the type of manufactures products we carry. Also it is helpful because we have trouble shooting diagrams for our trade people in case they get a little stuck on repairing a central air conditionong system.

Clarkson Comfort is a full service air conditioning and heating company located in Mississauga Ontario. We also service the surrounding GTA area including Toronto Oakville Burlington Etobicoke.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

Submitting links and updating our webpages to keep them acvcurate is the most diffucult. Air conditioning manufactures are changing theier equipment daily and it is diffucult to keep up with all the new technology.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

Finding information on air conditioning and heating changes. there is a wealth of information on the net.

What was your biggest mistake?

Creating a website with no highens in the domain name.

Who maintains your website and why?

I personally do my site. I feel i have better knowledge than a webmaster who nothing about the air conditioning service business.

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

We a lot of leads for repair and service in the Mississauga area through the web pages.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

The enternet is just begining.

What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

I am just starting to learn that now.

Yahoo has been the best to us.
