What inspired you to launch your own website?
To educate home and business owners there are solutions to these problems.

It follows our company logo and yellow page listings

We don't just sell products on our site. We offer helpful free advice

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
The website has been a great source for our customers to come and check out new products, and methods of dealing with issues with leaky basements, foundations that crack or settle, and help them dry up damp crawl spaces. It helps us reach some folks we never could reach before.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Hire writers to add more information as it becomes available.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Search engine placement and getting the word out has been the hardest. We do PPC also and it gets expensive to get visitors to come your site.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Making the site show up in the various searches around the area
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Google Adwords - for sure this drives traffic.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It is fairly low maintenance. We built it to make it easy to add pages and change content.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Since 1987 - it has went through several design changes. We will keep things rolling as long as the company is around.
